Confirmation of booking

Within 24 (twenty-four) hours after booking their visit, the client will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information for organizing their tour of the winery, including the identification code of their voucher.

Guided tours

Guided tours take place at our winery, in the manner described on our website.

Once their booking has been confirmed, we await the arrival of the client – on the arranged date and time – for their visit to the Inama winery at Località Biacche 50, 37047 San Bonifacio, Verona.

Bookings for visits are subject to availability.

It is not possible to arrange a visit earlier than 48 (forty-eight) hours after your booking. Participation for accompanied minors is always free.

Changes and cancellations

Once a guided tour has been arranged, any variations regarding its time or the client’s impossibility to attend must be communicated at least 48 hours before the visit is due to take place.

Provision of the service

The winery reserves the right to cancel the booking for the visit if we are unable to guarantee our service.

Means of payment

Payment for the tour will be made at the winery at the end of the visit.

Communications and complaints

Communications written directly to the winery, and any complaints, will only be deemed valid if sent to the following address: Località Biacche 50, 37047 San Bonifacio (VR), or sent via e-mail to the following address: inama@inama.wine

On the registration form, the client must indicate their official residence or home address and the telephone number or the e-mail address to which they wish the winery’s communications to be sent, so that we can contact you for any organizational needs.

Any changes regarding appointments and the number of people present will be dealt with by e-mail or telephone directly with the person organizing the visit.

The cost of the visit will not be reimbursed if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event is due to begin.
